Service Call Center Manager

Evans Toyota is looking for a Service Call Center Manager. As a Service Call Center Manager you would be responsible for managing the Call Center department to ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Evans Toyota is looking for a Service Call Center Manager. As a Service Call Center Manager, you would be responsible for managing the Call Center department to ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for other duties as assigned. We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills and proven leadership experience. We are also seeking someone who possesses a commitment to building long-term relationships with our customers and helping them develop a lifetime of loyalty.

Daily Duties Include:

• Schedule service appointments
• Confirm service appointments
• Perform service follow-up
• Phones and schedules appointments for we-owe, Toyota Care, and SOP customers.
• Take on additional responsibilities at the discretion of the Service Director
• Present a positive image of the dealership at all times through appearance, speech, written communication and professional conduct.
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness and adhere to daily work/break schedule as designated by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
