Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Head Start-Child Care Partner Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating a continuous improvement process that ensures monitoring and compliance with Early Head Start - Child Care Partners in Sweetwater County. This position is vital in supporting EHS partners with program enrollment, family services, comprehensive health coordination, family engagement, and coaching support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a continuous improvement process for Early Head Start - Child Care Partners.
- Ensure compliance with Early Head Start standards and regulations.
- Support EHS partners with program enrollment and family services.
- Coordinate comprehensive health services for enrolled families.
- Foster family engagement through various initiatives and activities.
- Provide coaching and support to EHS partners to enhance program quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience in early childhood education, family services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Early Head Start standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners.
