What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Employment Services, you will work closely with the Vice President of Mission Services to lead and support the employment services team by ensuring positive client outcomes through effective service delivery. This is a chance to impact people, families, and communities through the Goodwill mission.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performance Measurement & Management: Ensure quality service delivery leading to the achievement of positive client outcomes.
• Talent Management: Team oversight with active involvement in hiring and training to attract and retain talent while fostering career growth and fulfillment
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Goodwill policies, legal standards, and workplace safety protocols, promoting a secure environment while following all applicable CARF standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the employment services team, empowering them to excel in their roles while delivering exceptional service across Goodwill’s territory
• Community Engagement: Represent Goodwill in community and civic settings, building relationships and enhancing our visibility to foster connections that drive Goodwill’s mission forward
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with two years management experience
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a passion for people
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client database systems
• Values: A commitment to integrity, service excellence, and collaborative leadership, alongside flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and travel needs
