Responsibilities – Fit Specialist:

• Welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm while creating a welcoming environment
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles and their features
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and insurance options
• Stay up-to-date with Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and events
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications – Fit Specialist:

• Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? We pay for your training with our award-winning Riding Academy!
• Positive, driven, and helpful
• Professional appearance
• Able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
• Basic social media experience
• Must pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, and drug screening)
