We are looking for the right person to join our team at our Memphis Branch who will bring these same qualities to this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally representing Evapar at all times while soliciting sales for compressor and vacuum systems and components, along with aftermarket sales.
Responsibilities include acquiring technical expertise, promoting and selling systems and components, working with existing customers for equipment maintenance, and soliciting service agreements.
Qualifications emphasize strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer relations, self-motivation, communication abilities, mechanical aptitude, and the capacity to multitask.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Sales Experience: Experience in industrial equipment sales, especially compressors and vacuum systems.
· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial machinery and its applications.
· Networking Skills: Ability to network effectively to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Negotiation Skill: Proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve customer problems promptly.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industries served by EVAPAR products, such as manufacturing and engineering.
Job Duties:
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
· Product Demonstrations: Provide product demonstrations to potential clients.
· Sales Reports: Prepare and present sales reports to management.
· Customer Training: Offer training to customers on the use and maintenance of purchased equipment.
· Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
