About This Role:
- HR Systems & Process Improvement – Manage HR ticketing system inquiries, oversee ADP administration, maintain employee records, and recommend enhancements to HR processes.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation – Support job description development, conduct salary benchmarking, assist in hiring processes, and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Advise managers and employees on workplace policies, conduct preliminary investigations, manage leave programs, and support compliance efforts.
- Performance Management & HR Analytics – Assist with performance evaluations, improvement plans, and leverage HR data for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Strategic HR Support – Lead People & Culture initiatives, participate in PRO visits, recommend HR technology improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and workforce reporting systems, preferable ADP Workforce Now.
License, Certification or Registration:
- HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
