About this Role:
What You'll Do:
Recruitment & Hiring Support – Post job openings, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist with recruitment marketing efforts.- Onboarding & Employee Documentation – Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensure completion of required paperwork, and manage employee licensure and certification records.
- HR Operations & Administrative Support – Maintain HR systems, update employee records, support data entry, and coordinate HR-related meetings and trainings.
- Special Projects & Compliance – Assist with HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, compliance efforts, and strategic People & Culture priorities.
- General Administrative Support – Provide day-to-day assistance with HR-related communications, event coordination, and operational logistics.

- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
