- Support users and systems: Respond to help desk tickets and assist users with network, server, and device issues in a timely, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain and secure infrastructure: Support cloud and on-site servers, implement disaster recovery plans, and enforce access controls and documentation standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software: Resolve technical issues related to imaging equipment, clinical software, and endpoint devices across multiple locations.
- Lead or contribute to tech projects: Participate in system upgrades, new tech rollouts, and implementation of healthcare-specific solutions.
- Support compliance and data integrity: Ensure systems align with HIPAA, HRSA, and other regulatory standards while protecting sensitive information.
- Manage key IT systems: Maintain Active Directory, assist in credentialing access control, and help manage Microsoft and cloud service environments.
You’re a great fit if you...

- Bring network design and troubleshooting experience, ideally in a healthcare environment
- Have hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki networks
- Have experience supporting cloud infrastructure and Active Directory
- Understand medical imaging equipment/software and can troubleshoot tech used in clinical settings
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and team members
- Are detail-oriented, curious, and take pride in maintaining smooth, secure systems
Bonus if you have...
- Network certification (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA Network )
- Experience with healthcare compliance and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-style support environments
