What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Eveland's Inc. DBA Scamp Trailers?
THIS POSITION CONSISTS OF ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH QUESTIONS, PARTS ORDERS, AND SERVICE SCHEDULING. THIS POSITION WILL BE MOSTLY VIA PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS BUT NOT LIMITED TO IN-PERSON. THIS POSITION’S PRIORITY IS THE CUSTOMER. INVOICING, PACKING LISTS, EMAILING, SCHEDULING SERVICE, EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRAILERS, AND WARRANTY WILL BE PART OF A DAILY ROUTINE.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
