Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in night audit procedures and front desk operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
