About EvenMix®
We design and manufacture lightweight, modular, and highly efficient mixers for standard-sized containers, from 55-gallon barrels to 10,000-gallon polymer tanks. Our mixers are trusted globally by organizations ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.


What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Commercial Director/VP of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through product selection and providing post-sale support.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Identify and pursue leads, manage incoming quote requests, and close deals.
    • Achieve sales goals through a mix of self-driven efforts and marketing-generated leads.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and track activities.
  • Account Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle follow-ups post-delivery.
    • Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work across teams, including assembly, customer service, shipping, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
    • Report market trends and customer insights to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve processes and help shape the future of EvenMix®.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of inside sales experience in B2B environments, with success in both “hunting” (new business) and “farming” (account management).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-growth small business setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • QuickBooks experience (especially in manufacturing and wholesale) is a plus.
  • College degree preferred but not required; a desire to learn and grow is essential.
