Summary / Objective

 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing account relationships, and driving revenue through outbound and inbound sales efforts. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with potential customers, provide product or service information, conduct follow-up calls, and close sales opportunities over the phone or through digital communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position is measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding identified targets.

Essential Functions

  • Engage with identified prospects (potential customers) and create interest in our products.
  • Listen to prospects’ questions/concerns and provide answers and/or solutions.
  • Provide in-depth information about products and services.
  • Interact with Field Sales team to address face-to-face sales issues as part of the selling process.
  • Interact with appropriate Distribution partners to arrange quotation submission and follow up.
  • Manage opportunity through to completion with Salesforce.
  • Ability to route all orders following the customer service process workflow.
  • Ability to follow internal processes related to case flow and follow up.
  • Maintain a case response time with company targeted guidelines.
  • Account management and responsibility.
  • Participate in weekly meetings.
  • Ability to open/close and enter details connected to cases in Salesforce.
  • Comply with US export regulations.
  • Maintain a professional work environment by following company guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by manager.

Skills / Competencies / Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Strong Excel skills).
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (sales and customer service).
  • Experience developing bid/proposal preparation and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Quality ISO procedures and Lean Standard Work.
  • 3 years’ sales experience with proven sales successes.
  • Experience working with a manufacturer of industrial products, preferred or distributor.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.

Work Environment

  • Office environment; moderate noise.
  • Frequent talking and/or hearing.
  • Regular sitting for 8 hours a day
  • Regular use of computers for 8 hours of day
