Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in RAM upgrades, imaging processes, and user account setups.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of RAM upgrades & hardware troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM / PXE imaging.
- Familiarity with Active Directory & ServiceNow.
- Experience with asset management & IT inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in Office 365 installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
