Job Summary:
We are seeking an L1 IT Support Technician to provide onsite support in Roanoke, VA. Responsibilities include assisting users with desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, imaging devices, and Office 365. Ideal candidates will have basic IT support knowledge and strong communication skills for coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-level support for hardware, peripherals, Office 365, and imaging.
- Basic troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and handheld devices.
- Support conference rooms and Distribution Center IT needs.
- Follow documentation for imaging/configuration tasks.
- Log, manage, and route tickets appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
- Maintain system documentation and report incidents.
Qualifications:
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center environments.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and IT ticketing tools.
- Ability to follow SOPs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
