Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect/Developer for an onsite role in Baltimore, MD. This role involves leading ServiceNow development efforts, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring team members in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, CM).
- Develop custom scripts, workflows, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support Agile processes.
- Perform system optimization, testing (ATF), and support DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Angular/React, and full-stack development
- Experience with Agile (SAFe/Scrum), ATF, and DevOps
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience with government projects
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, JSON
- Background in SaaS/PaaS environments
