Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the concrete construction division.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success across operations, safety, and quality.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee multiple large-scale concrete construction projects from inception to completion.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and promote the adoption of innovative construction technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, superintendents, foremen, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure staffing needs are met, including recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Develop and manage budgets for all concrete operations.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and regulatory requirements.
