YOUR ROLE: BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
As our Benefits Administrator, you’ll support the administration of a wide range of benefit and retirement programs, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision plans
- Life and disability insurance
- Voluntary benefit options
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Workers’ compensation

You’ll be the go-to expert, providing accurate, timely, and compassionate guidance on benefits-related questions and concerns. You’ll ensure our team members have the best resources and information right at their fingertips, making them feel valued, informed, and empowered.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Assist with new-hire benefit orientations.
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
- Distribute all benefits enrollment materials.
- Assist with benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- Assist in administration of leave-of-absence requests and accommodation requests.
- Respond to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
- Assist with the open enrollment process.
- Process benefit-related invoices including allocation of charges.
- Open workers’ compensation claims and send related information to team member.
- Contribute to special projects as required.

- Detail oriented with proven organizational abilities.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to learn and apply new technology/processes.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). (Dayforce experience a plus).
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Prior experience working with benefit vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. High proficiency in Excel a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and good ethical judgment paired with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role requires the ability to:
- Sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
- Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lift and move up to 15 pounds.
