What You’ll Do:
As a Part-Time Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the Register System: Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
- Managing Special Transactions: Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
- Opening and Closing Registers: Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.
- Experience Required: Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- People Person: Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
- Proactive Engagement: Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
- Team Spirit: Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
