Job Summary
As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and monitoring security operations. You will be responsible for receiving and acknowledging client security requests, staffing assignments with qualified personnel, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and overseeing operations in real-time. Additionally, you will document all job-related details and support our billing team with accurate records.
Essential Duties:
- Client Request Management: Receive, acknowledge, and process incoming security requests from clients.
- Staffing & Coordination: Identify and assign qualified personnel to security assignments.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Track and document on-site and off-site times, total hours worked, and overall job details.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all assigned security associates hold the required licenses and certifications.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, and security staff regarding job assignments and updates.
- Operational Oversight: Continuously monitor active assignments and proactively address any arising issues.
- Billing Support: Ensure all necessary internal documentation is prepared and submitted for proper worker compensation and client invoicing.
Qualifications
- Experience in a security operations center, dispatch, or similar security-related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with security licensing and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and incident management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operational setting.
- Flexibility for potential schedule adjustments as the team expands.
