Event Services Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has experience in event production, fabrication, or related fields, along with strong project planning, scheduling, and oversight skills. This role requires regular progress updates to management, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee projects from inception to close.
- Communicate project information and manage work and information flow through all aspects of project.
- Develop and monitor production timelines with benchmarks.
- Use project management best practices to ensure that each assigned project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, conceptualization meetings, create work orders, and pricing requisitions.
- Track, produce, and report change orders.
- Continually monitor and report job progress.
- Assess, identify, and report risks to project success.
- Review and close projects upon completion.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of fabrication methods (carpentry, printing, logistics, décor, and graphic production).
- Familiarity with project management best practices and planning systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Office-based role with regular site visits to oversee production and team coordination.
- Occasional travel for client meetings, vendor visits, or industry events.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Combination of desk work, standing, and walking during site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
