Description

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they are asked to wear many hats -- in addition to account management responsibilities, the Account Manager will also have project management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of agency’s key clients
- Creating client-facing materials including status memos, budgets, billing, presentations, etc.
- Working with internal teams and assigned project manager(s) to develop complex campaigns (concept research, production, staffing, creative development, vendor management, permitting, venue negotiation, budgeting, etc.)
- Brainstorming / ideating concepts
- Assisting with new business efforts and growing existing client business
- Ability to identify client and project needs and take action without direction
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field is preferred
Experience:
- 4 years of client / brand management experience
- Experience in building out displays for events is a plus
Skills:
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of industry landscape and relevant cultural trends
- Takes a “hands-on” approach to event management
Schedule:
- Ability to travel throughout year for projects and client meetings
- Must be flexible with work schedules
