We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administratorto join our dynamic team. You will help launch the Salesforce platform for EvenUp, as we revolutionize the legal tech industry. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is configured to meet the needs of our business, and providing support to end-users. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing user adoption, and delivering valuable insights through reporting and automation.
What you'll do :
- Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical / functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Create flow automation for tasks, alerts, field updates, etc.
- Assist with the management and creation of user roles, profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, public groups, security controls, and shared settings.
- Consistently review current processes and configurations, and suggest improvements to continuously achieve sustainability.
- Maintain technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholders' requirements.
- Work with stakeholders and various teams to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to ultimately enhance end user productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization.
