What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at Scion Staffing?
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Salesforce Administrator for our client, a highly regarded university in San Francisco! This is a wonderful remote, full-time, 4-5-month contract opportunity to join an inspiring as well as mission-driven team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Maintaining the Education cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including Form Assembly, Twilio, Marketing Cloud, Blackthorne, Jitterbit, Service Cloud voice with Amazon connect, Colleague, Perceptive, Moodle, Canvas, etc.
- Preparing reports for enrollment management, academic advising, and other departments
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Understanding of basic triggers / Apex code knowledge
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
