Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a positive & motivated Individual to join our growing small business team! As a Part-Time Marketing/Social Media Manager you'll play a pivotal role in our ever growing business. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and collaborating on our marketing strategies, including advertising, market research, and brand management, with the primary goal of increasing sales and maximizing revenue by effectively promoting products and services to our customers.

Primarily Roles: responsibilities will mainly revolve around creating & running ads along with performing various activities such as shooting engaging content for our TikToks & Reels, posting new product launches and additional office activities as needed. Must be comfortable in front of & behind the camera,  1-2 years marketing experience required, content creation experience, ads experience & a degree in Marketing preferred. Please note our office is located in Fair Grove, MO. Once you have completed your training and probationary period, your schedule can be flexible 25-40 hours per week- mornings, afternoons or evenings, but may require some weekends.

• Marketing: Create a monthly marketing schedule for both organic & paid social media content. Clearly communicate & help execute marketing themes to team each month. Organize Marketing campaigns & shoots for the team. Schedule & post on social media. 
• Office Organization: assist the team as needed with packaging and shipping orders, ensuring that each package is handled with care and dispatched promptly. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth and efficient order processing for our customers.
• Positive Work Attitude: bring a positive attitude to your job & the team as we find creative solutions to challenges that come with a growing business. We encourage a fun, uplifting & creative environment as we work.

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Salary: $18.00 -$28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Hours per week:  25-40 hours (part time to start, may lead to full-time after probationary period)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (5 hrs per day roughly but will vary based on office work & remote work)

Ability to commute: Fair Grove, MO 65648: Reliably commute before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person / remote option available some days once trained
