Job Title: Cafe Counter Staff

Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Cafe Counter Staff member, where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service at our juice and smoothie bar and sandwich counter. This role involves preparing beverages and sandwiches, maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Juice & Smoothie Bar: Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and related beverages to customer specifications. Maintain equipment and keep the bar area clean and stocked.
- Sandwich Counter: Assemble and serve a variety of sandwiches and wraps. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and address any questions or concerns.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
