Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and coordination throughout the recruiting life cycle. This position will require an understanding of the processes for candidate management, government regulation compliance, and company policy administration in order to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and internal clients. Working under limited supervision, this job works across multiple areas of staffing and recruiting including talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning and pre-hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists with the advertising of job openings using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in support of obtaining a diverse qualified slate of candidates.
- Reviews applications against role requirements to recommend potential pool of qualified candidates.
- Organizes and may conduct applicant interviews to determine overall fit and suitability to role requirements and company culture.
- Communicates with hiring manager to select preferred candidate and facilitate the offer and pre-employment verification process.
- Performs data entry required to close the recruitment requisition and advises unsuccessful candidates in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.
- Maintains job applicant tracking system by entering and updating requisition, sourcing, profiling, résumé management, matching, tracking, and hiring information.
- Performs general administrative functions as needed to support the Talent Acquisition function.
Educational Requirements

- Banking industry experience
- Experience supporting multiple Recruiters and coordinating interviews
- Experience collecting and verifying background documents for new hires
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week in the office and one flexible day for remote work.
