The Dental Receptionist is a direct patient care role and will be responsible for providing patient service through strong interpersonal skills, managing patient and provider appointment schedules, answering the phones, as well as performing insurance eligibility checks for the patients.

New graduates from dental assistant programs are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate patient care: scheduling, screening, maintaining computerized dental charts, tracking/coordinating lab cases and consents
· Answering the phones
· Performing insurance eligibility checks
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Ability to prioritize as needed in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong customer service and organization skills with a keen attention to detail
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
