Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
·Support the Senior Lead Designer in managing, training, and mentoring Junior Designers to uphold best practices.
·Collaborate with clients throughout the Design Pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
·Refine workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Senior Lead Designer input.
·Achieve daily and quarterly design goals to maintain high-quality deliverables.
·Execute top-tier website builds, edits, and creative assets for advertisements.
·Escalate and address client issues effectively in collaboration with the Senior Lead Designer.
·Step into various Design Team roles as needed to ensure seamless operations.
·Build and maintain critical relationships across departments for smooth transitions and collaboration.
·Propose and implement product improvements based on client feedback.
·Design high-quality graphics and advertising materials with a focus on client branding.

Technical Proficiency
·Webflow and CMS Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Webflow and other CMS platforms.
·CSS and HTML: Proficient in using CSS and HTML to customize website designs.
