We are a self-performing facility maintenance company seeking an experienced payroll and HR Office Coordinator to assist senior leaders with management of new and existing employees. You will have full support of our management team and be working alongside leaders with years of knowledge and experience in the facility maintenance industry. Job description

We are looking for a landscaping laborer to perform landscaping duties for a client in Allentown, PA! An opportunity to join our snow management team to earn extra compensation. We are seeking an employee that is detailed oriented, proven employment record as being a team player and able to follow directions from our management team. This position will require working outside all day long in various types of weather. Training is provided to those with or without experience.

Day shift: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Temp to Hire after 90 Days

Starting at: $16.00/hour

Hourly range based on experience:

0 years: $16.00

1-2 years: $16.50-$17.00

3 years plus: $17.50-$18.00

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and installing mulch or stone to flower beds

• Beautifying landscapes by removing unwanted weeds and grass from mulch and stone beds

• Maintaining trees and shrubs to certain heights

• Mowing, striping and edging turf grass surfaces weekly by use of string trimmers and ride or stand on mowers

• Removal of leaves and debris during the fall months

• Operating some of the newest and best landscape equipment in the industry

• Report to one site

• Transportation provided throughout the day to multiple commercial locations

• Training is provided to those with or without experience

Preferred Skills:

Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and processes when operating equipment and supplies

Ability to follow procedures in using equipment safely

Integrity and ability to work independently
