We are a 36 year strong local industry leader within the construction field. We are growing and looking for an outstanding individual to add to our CALL CENTER TEAM! This is not a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to negotiate effectively and create meaningful connections over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or similar roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Part Time position 10 am to 4 OR 12 noon to 6 pm pm Monday - Friday , EO Saturday 8 am to 2 pm. Only looking for strong candidates with strong communication skills.Hourly pay with Aggressive Bonus and Incentive opportunities.
