Serve as an administrator for EAM to an assigned core market(s) that includes investment, charitable, and trust product accounts as well as accounts where Everence Trust Company has a fiduciary role. Will be a core team member in providing trust and charitable services to financial consultants and clients.

Education: College degree in a business-related field preferred.
Experience: Investment advisory or administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Responsible to provide timely, consistent support and communication to sales and distribution staff.
- Responsible to provide timely decisions and consistent day to day support to core and direct market field staff and in limited circumstances work directly with clients.
- Responsible to identify efficiencies and improvements for new and existing services, including clearly documenting procedures.
- Responsible to comprehend current products and services offered to competently assist field staff.
- Responsible to identify and support innovation and implementation of new products and services.
- Collaborate with other team members to handle high volume activity during peak business cycles.
- Responsible to cross-train team members to provide for depth and continuity of support services.
- Participate in communications and training for field staff as requested.
- Assist clients that call in through the EAM Call Center
- Reflect and carry out the FAITH values
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Education: College degree in a business-related field preferred.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Ability to learn new software systems.
