POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as an administrator on the Servicing Team and New Account Team for EAM to include investment and charitable products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for providing timely, consistent support and communication to the EAM Concierge Team and field staff.
- Responsible for administering and maintaining accounts, including IRAs, and Investment Management Accounts.
- Responsible for compliance and suitability analysis prior to new account acceptance.
- Responsible for performing each task in the process of opening new accounts.
- Responsible for assisting in identifying efficiencies and improvements for new and existing services, including supporting the process of clearly documenting procedures.
- Responsible for comprehending current products and services offered to competently assist field staff.
- Responsible for providing timely decisions and consistent day-to-day support to core and direct market field staff.
- Responsible to identify and support innovation and implementation of new products and services.
- Collaborate with other team members to handle high-volume activity during peak business cycles.
- Assist in cross-training with team members, especially in relation to the EAM New Account Team, EAM Servicing Team, and EAM Security Gifts Team, to provide depth and continuity of support services.
- Participate in communications and training for field staff as requested.
- Reflect and carry out the FAITH values.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience:
- Investment advisory or administration experience preferred
- Experience in banking, trust, financial services, etc. preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability and willingness to obtain specialized product knowledge and training as requested
- High level of interpersonal skill
- Exceptional ability to manage time and prioritize individual workload
- Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and make decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
