Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinator for program documentation.
- Coordinates planning and scheduling in support of assigned programs as requested by the Manager.
Collaborates with other departments as necessary to meet program requirements. - Assists Manager with developing and implementing technical tools to support assigned programs.
- Produces and maintains documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics; prioritizes tasks and anticipates program needs.
- Conducts and/or supports the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for program development.
- Coordinates program activities, which may include establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance.
- Works closely with Manager, providing tracking and research for assigned programs.
- May provide some technical guidance to less experienced program or administrative personnel.
Position Requirements:
Education & Corresponding Experience
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering (or closely related field) is preferred. A Business, Legal or Engineering background is strongly preferred.
- 8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
- 12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
- Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program/project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature.
- Expert proficiency in automated data systems to include SharePoint and Visio and a high degree of efficiency in technical dynamics of software output (e.g. use of advanced printing such as to plotters, capabilities of cross-software embedding for purposes of presentations, technical webinars, etc.).
