Job Summary:
The Appointment Setter's principal responsibility is to schedule appointments for sales representatives. The Appointment Setter will have a vital role in our sales process. The person in this role will use their skills to categorize all sales opportunities. They will contribute to the overall success of our sales team and assist in improving closing ratios. They will use good judgment and discretion that will not cause hardship to the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Efficiently manages and schedules appointments for sales representatives and service technicians.
- Utilizes software tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars.
- Ensures timely and clear communication with customers regarding scheduled appointments.
- Must have a firm understanding on how to overcome objections and ask key questions to funnel customers through our sales channel.
- Educate our potential customers on how our product can benefit them.
- Interacts with customers in a professional and friendly manner to gather necessary information for appointment scheduling.
- Provides information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintains a positive and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Accurately enters customer information and appointment details into the company database.
- Keeps detailed records of appointments, cancellations, and reschedules.
- Generates reports as needed to track appointment-related metrics.
- Collaborates with sales representatives, service technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
- Communicate any changes or updates to the relevant parties promptly.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling preferred.
- Training in relevant software applications is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
