About the Role :
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating expense data for financial reporting while assisting with other financial reporting activities on an as needed basis. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote) based out of our Warren, NJ office.
Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
- Analyze expense trends, variances, and drivers on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate and collect monthly expense accruals across the US Departments.
- Help develop and maintain the operating expense forecasts for the Insurance division.
- Compile and analyze data to be included in quarterly executive reports. Identify and perform focused analytics of key performance drivers.
- Track and analyze headcount data, including hiring, attrition, and workforce planning.
