Job Description
The AVP of IT Production Operations will oversee the end-to-end management within their operations team, ensuring seamless support, incident resolution, and change implementation. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and performance of our IT systems and services, with a particular focus on the international insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Lead and manage the IT production support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of production issues.
- Incident Management: Develop and implement incident management processes to swiftly address and resolve production incidents.
- Problem Management: Identify and address recurring issues through root cause analysis and problem resolution strategies.
- Change Management: Oversee change management processes to ensure that all changes to production systems are executed with minimal risk and disruption.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Salary:
