We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a C-suite Executive in our NYC office in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude. This person will be working a hybrid schedule in NYC of 3 days a week in the office, 2 remote, but may need to come into the office up to 5 days a week as needed to support our executives. They will report into a Senior Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities
Order Catering: Coordinate and manage catering services for meetings and events, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Greet Guests: Welcome and assist visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Arrange Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings both on-site and off-site, including booking venues and coordinating logistics.
Support Executives: Provide administrative support to a primary C-Suite executive and other executives as needed, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing special projects.
General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
