Summary: Everest client seeks a Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of a mission-critical iOS order entry system, enabling users to seamlessly manage client profiles, record measurements, and place orders efficiently. The Product Manager must stay ahead of evolving business needs, refine the roadmap, and ensure the app remains intuitive, fast, and easy to use. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical understanding of both mobile and-commerce platforms, capable of driving innovation while balancing business needs and user experience.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution:
- Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Continuously assess and refine based on feedback, usability insights, and emerging business priorities.
- Manage backlog prioritization, ensuring high-impact features are delivered efficiently while balancing short-term fixes and long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee transition from the legacy platform to the iOS App.
- Ensure the App is intuitive, high-performing, and user-friendly
- Partner with designers and engineering teams to optimize workflows and improve order entry efficiency.
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Proactively manage trade-offs between scope, time, and resources, balancing business needs with development constraints.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with engineering, design, QA, and business
- teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, leadership, and
- stakeholders regarding both the iOS App and potential Shopify initiatives.
- Regularly present product updates, roadmap adjustments, and business impact insights to
- leadership.
- Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure app adoption, efficiency,
- and stylist satisfaction.
- Leverage user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to prioritize improvements and make
- data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with training and support teams to ensure smooth adoption of the iOS App by users.
- Identify and address gaps in user onboarding, feature discoverability, and overall app usability.
- Monitor post-release performance and drive continuous enhancements across both platforms.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on iOS applications and mobile-first
- product strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams
- and drive product decisions.
- Experience conducting user research, usability studies, and interviews to improve product
- experience.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and sales workflows.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms like
- Shopify would be a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Shortcut, Monday.com).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams.
