Job Summary:
The HCM QA Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the quality assurance efforts for HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that the HCM system meets business requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in QA with a focus on HR implementations.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules (e.g., HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
Experience with any HCM Cloud platform is a plus.
Experience with test management tools (qTest, etc.) & defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.).
