Reports Directly To: Director of Ticket Sales
Position Summary: The ticketing assistant will work closely with the Front Office to assist with individual and season ticket inquiries, general telephone questions, walk-in appointments, and create an efficient and friendly environment for all fans. Individuals will receive hands-on training of the team’s online ticketing system and assist with daily operations of the ticket office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reports Directly To: Director of Ticket Sales
Position Summary: The ticketing assistant will work closely with the Front Office to assist with individual and season ticket inquiries, general telephone questions, walk-in appointments, and create an efficient and friendly environment for all fans. Individuals will receive hands-on training of the team’s online ticketing system and assist with daily operations of the ticket office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize Tickets.Com software to sell tickets for games, as well as full-season plans, partial season plans, and group outings for the Everett AquaSox.
- Coordinate the processing and fulfilling of Internet Ticket Orders
- Data entry including group and season ticket contracts.
- Interact with guests to answer questions and resolve ticketing issues.
- Game night responsibilities, including but not limited to, answering the AquaSox incoming sales line, assisting with sales initiatives, working a will call booth, and/or prospecting clients at Funko Field.
- Complete all necessary reports, paperwork, and accounting procedures which includes end of day and shift reports.
- Always provide a high level of customer service in the office as well as over the phone.
- All other duties assigned by supervisor.

- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fans.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Innovative thinker and self-starter with perseverance to lead teams to success.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects in a timely manner.
Duration: March through middle of September 2025, approximately 20-35 hours per week.
Compensation: Minimum wage. May also qualify for college internship requirements.
Requires ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization as well as outside contacts. Strong time management and attention to detail. Internship hours can be applied toward college credit.
