Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and project management updates for senior leadership.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
• Experience with project management methodologies to oversee initiatives from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,397.00 - $93,077.00 per year

Willingness to travel:
