Responsibilities
- Manages incoming and in-process cartilage graft orders, communicating with internal and external stakeholders (including agency field sales personnel, surgeons, and their staff) to ensure surgical cases are met
- Supports the company’s patient matched Cartilage Program, ensuring that cartilage grafts are matched to patients based on quantitative and qualitative factors to fulfill our clinical responsibility to the patient and surgeon, utilizing digital tools to assist in decision-making
- Measures X-Ray, MRI, and CT images using digital and physical measurement tools
- Contributes to fresh graft and meniscus order fulfillment process including receipt of patient films, flow through plant, order shipment, and case follow up with a high level of customer service and accuracy
- Clearly and concisely liaisons with agency field sales personnel, surgeons, and their staff to manage expectations of timing and graft availability as a professional representative of the company
- Notifies stakeholders of receipt of films, takes measurements, enters orders, tracks and offers grafts, and releases orders on time
- Completes graft offer process including surgeon acknowledgement and measurement acknowledgement documentation in a timely manner
- Updates order queue for all fresh graft and meniscus requests with a high level of accuracy
- Escalates obstacles to case success to management in a timely manner
- Ensures instrumentation kit logistics coordination specifically related to shipment and case scheduling
- Updates reports and provides data on distribution patterns and trending
- Participates in continuous improvement process for the program
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
- AATB CTBS preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel
- Inventory management software
- Computer competent with ability to understand reports, including PowerBI dashboards
- 5%
Physical Requirement
- Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
- Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
- Onsite: Office environment with assigned workstation
