Line Cook
Location: McDowell Mountain Golf Club - Scottsdale, AZ
Reports To: Executive Chef / Food & Beverage Director
Pay Range: Based on Experience
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play a vital role in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our members and guests, contributing to the overall dining experience at our club.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for menu items according to established standards.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Cook and assemble dishes according to menu specifications and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Set up stations with necessary ingredients, equipment, and utensils before service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift and assist in end-of-day cleanup.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including ingredients, cooking methods, and allergen information.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding menu changes and special requests.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food and cooking.
- Must be able to work in a team and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
