Responsibilities :
- Resident relations
- Rent collections
- Delinquency collections and follow-up
- Enforcing community rules
- Leasing
- Move-ins and move-outs
- Showing homes to prospective tenants
- Record all community expenses and invoices, basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keeping office well stocked and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining office equipment
- Oversee small maintenance staff
- Correspond with corporate office
