Position Overview:
As a Window Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, presenting customized window solutions, and closing sales. This role offers a competitive commission structure and provides qualified leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to assess window replacement needs
- Provide professional recommendations on energy-efficient window solutions
- Explain financing options, including 0% financing, to help clients make informed decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-ups and consultations
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
- 7 years of experience in window sales is required, with prior sales experience in home improvement or related industries preferred
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners and close sales
- Valid driver’s license

Qualifications
Ability, initiative, and desire to work independently to pursue sales.
Previous experience as an Outside Sales/Project Lead in the roofing industry is preferred.
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
High school diploma or GED are required.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
