About the Role
As a Graphic Designer on our Creative Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments across the organization by creating compelling visuals and designs. This position is perfect for someone who loves variety, is organized, has a mix of creative and technical skills, and has a knack for balancing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Support: Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for digital platforms, including EMUN (B2B/CRM platform), digital advertisements, multi-page off-set printed catalogs and retail marketing materials.
- Marketing Layouts: Design marketing materials for Plow & Hearth retail locations and sales presentations.
- Content Updates: Update and maintain digital content, including landing pages, e-commerce visuals, and promotional materials, ensuring they remain fresh and engaging.
- Asset Production: Create and optimize digital assets such as product mockups, infographics, banners, icons, illustrations, and images for various platforms and devices.
- Asset Management: Format and process images and graphics for PIM system, ensuring all metadata and missing assets are accurately completed.
- EMUN Support: Create banner designs for EMUN 5 Cycle releases and assist in executing promotional initiatives.
- Photography Assistance: Support the photo team by processing and enhancing images for marketing and A content creation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product development teams to ensure designs effectively meet project goals and enhance user experience.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), familiarity with PIM systems and metadata, and experience with image processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Work management platforms like Asana.
