Evergreen Home Performance, a leading company in Maine’s residential energy efficiency sector, is seeking a talented individual to join our growing Production Department as a Customer Care Specialist. We seek a motivated and caring individual to ensure every project we do results in a delighted customer and a smooth, efficient, and complete deployment.
The Customer Care Specialist provides top-notch Customer service and ensures every Evergreen customer has a great experience during their Project scheduling & installation phase. This professional manages customer interactions once a customer contracts with the company, coordinates customer project scheduling, schedules subcontractors, updates customer records, and follows up on customer questions and concerns.
The Customer Care Specialist also ensures the smooth and efficient deployment of production teams. The Specialist keeps production teams fully scheduled and deployed, processes project completions for invoicing, manages quality control, and provides department data for business management.

The Customer Care Specialist position is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, during traditional business hours. This position is based in our Rockland office and is not eligible for remote work.
