Choose Your Ideal Schedule - We're hiring for flexible afternoon / evening shifts. Full-time hours are 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 00 PM, and part-time options are available from 4 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM.

Core Responsibilities :

• Maximize Every Call : With our commission structure, you'll benefit from upselling and cross-selling, turning each call into a win for you and the company.
• Become a Product Expert : Learn the ins and outs of our offerings to provide knowledgeable, solutions-oriented support.
• Collaborate and Improve : Share insights with your team to help us refine and improve the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience : 2 years in customer service; experience with sales or outbound calls is a bonus.
• Tech Skills : Familiarity with CRM practices and systems is preferred.
• Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
