Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and coordinating the infection control program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements for Assisted Living Facilities.
*Duties*
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality patient care delivery
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide training on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and other relevant topics
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience as a nurse or in a related healthcare role
