As a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you willensure that the health care needs of all clients are met. The RN Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN, CNS) will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The RN Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN, CNS) will also ensure that Lewiston Senior Living is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. Working cooperatively with the Assisted Living Director, supervise the delivery of services provided to the clients and supervises staff. What you will need:
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure
- Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and dementia
- Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, family members, staff, physicians and other medical providers
- Possess leadership/supervisory skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
